my grandpa owned this!!!!!!

My grandfather, Gerald Seng, was the brewmaster of this brewery for some period of time. I was hoping to find some piece of memorabilia with his name on it. A few years ago, I saw a letter he signed on a breweriana website, but the website expired by the time I had found it. Do you have anything with his name on it? If not, do you know where I might look? Thanks!
